Standards, Benchmarks, Objectives
Communications teachers revised the standards, benchmarks, and objectives for 6th Grade Communications, Yearbook, Mass Media, and Newspaper to align with the Iowa Core 21st-Century Skills and literacy standards. The standards, benchmarks, and objectives were approved by the board in the spring of 2012 for grades 9-12 and spring of 2014 for sixth-grade.
