Waukee Community Education provides opportunities for learning, service, and fun to people of all ages. We look to serve the needs of our community by connecting people, ideas, and resources. Each year, Waukee Community Education continues to improve by offering new and community-favorite classes in the fall, winter/spring, and summer.

How To Register
Online Registration
By Phone
Call 515.987.2761 between 8 am and 4 pm to pre-register for classes.
In Person or by Mail
Bring your completed registration form in person, or mail to 430 Ashworth Road, Waukee, IA 50263. Our office hours are 8 am–4 pm, Monday through Friday. Make checks payable to Waukee Community School District.
By Fax
Fax your completed form with your complete credit card number and expiration date to 515.987.2701 between 8 am and 4 pm.
Register Early
Please Note! Instructors need to know how many students will be attending to help them plan materials. Some classes fill quickly and have size limits. Late registration may cause a class to be canceled due to low enrollments, so please sign up as soon as possible.
Pre-Registration
Please pre-register for all classes or call ahead for availability as some classes have enrollment limits. Also, pre-registration requires payment. We aren’t able to just “hold a seat” for you. Thank you for understanding.
Confirmations
Once you have submitted your registration form, you are registered for the class unless we notify you otherwise. To help keep our classes reasonably priced, we do not send out confirmation notices by mail. If you register online, you do receive an e-mail confirmation.
Refunds, Changes, and Cancellations
Refunds
Refund request must be made ten full business days prior to the first day of the class. A $10 administrative fee will be deducted from the original amount paid by the participant.
Changes/Cancellations
Waukee Community Education reserves the right to cancel classes is there is insufficient enrollment. Should that occur, full refunds will be given. You will be notified by e-mail if there are any changes in your class or if a class is canceled. Please make sure we have your e-mail address so we may contact you. We will notify you at least 24 hours prior to the first class.
Weather Closings
Continuing Education classes are automatically canceled when the district closes schools due to inclement weather. Canceled classes will be rescheduled if possible. Watch local news programming for district closures.
