Waukee CSD offers award-winning programs in vocal and instrumental music, speech, debate, and drama. The District is also the only one in Iowa to be recognized as a “Premier Community for Theatre Education” by the Educational Theatre Association for our outstanding commitment to provide theatre access and education to all students.

Nearly half (47%) of Waukee CSD 6-12 students participated in a theatre class and/or a theatre production last school year. In our District, we have 30+ different performing arts activities for students to participate.
