Due to anticipated severe weather conditions, Waukee CSD will dismiss two hours early today, May 21. Buses will run their normal two-hour dismissal routes. Afternoon preschool, Community Education classes, and facility rentals are canceled. All Waukee CSD evening activities are canceled; however, we are awaiting guidance from state tournament officials for state playoff events.

Due to the weather, Picnic & Play meals are limited today and not being served at the Lift or VMLC. The Sun Prairie and Windfield locations will be closing early at noon.

Waukee PD, Waukee FD, and Dallas County Sheriff are using NWHS as a training site from June 25-27. There is no active threat.

Join us for a Support Staff Job Fair on Wednesday, July 14th at the Waukee Innovation & Learning Center from 1:00-4:00 p.m. Open positions for the 2021-2022 school year include Child Care, Nutrition, and Special Education Associates with pay rates ranging from $11.62 – $16.49 per hour. There are both full-time and part-time openings available.
