Each year, the Waukee CSD school board approves fees for important items like meals, child care, and school services — you’ll find all those details here.
To help cover the cost of materials and services, Waukee CSD charges some standard fees each year — just like many other school districts. For example, the textbook fee helps cover student curriculum materials. District fees will be added to student accounts shortly after the school year begins (early fall). Families can view their fees in PowerSchool and pay them online through RevTrak. You will receive an email notification once your fees are available to pay.
If you need assistance accessing PowerSchool or do not yet have an account, please contact your school secretary for support. You can create your own RevTrak account using the instructions provided below. Once your accounts are set up, refer to the step-by-step instructions below as a reminder of how to make payments.

TRANSPORTATION
The Durham School Services GPS routing system determines each family’s distance to and from school based on your primary home address (as listed in PowerSchool).
